Everytime I bring my car to Ponte's, I experience exceptional customer service. Most recently, I had a need for some urgent servicing on my car before a long road trip. When I stopped by and told them what was going on, they got me on the schedule for the next day. I do not take my car anywhere else.

Whitney said the pricing in general was a little expensive for her. She said she had to get more service done to her vehicle and she wished she was notified ahead of time before she had to pick up her vehicle. They could have done it since it was at the business already. She mentioned she is happy and blessed that she has her vehicle. The business is friendly. She is thankful towards them and appreciated the work.
