My car was starting intermittently, maybe 17-18 times out of 20. Since I had a new battery I figured it might be something else. Ponte's tested it - took 20 starts I'm told before it failed and replaced the starter (after reviewing diagnostics). Got the car back the same day.

It typically takes 20-40 minutes when I wait for an oil change. This was typical. It is comfortable enough. Some of the time I read, and sometimes chat with the service writers when the phone hasn't rung for a little bit.
