Our family trusts Ponte's Auto service. We are long-time customers, and they have repeatedly proven their value to us. We have brought them used and new cars for service. Recently, our new vehicle was in for service at a dealer. The "free" part was nice for the car, but the recommendation was not. We expected a premium, but we paused to get Ponte's opinion (as we have done in the past), and not only was Ponte's price significantly lower, but we could also defer the service for a significant amount of time. Nice!

Working with John and Mark, the "faces" of Ponte's Auto Care, is always a joy and a pleasure. I always expect nothing less than exceptional service from them but somehow they never disappoint to go above and beyond! We have been customers of Jim's since the 80's. Fair and honest all of the time. Sorry to see Dave leave, but his time had come to move on.

Have been coming to Ponte’s for many years. Completely trust them. I discovered I needed a new battery the day before I was going on a trip. They fit me in first thing the next morning, and had battery installed and ready to go by 8 am.
