I've been very pleased with Ponte's auto care. In this last visit, they changed the oil for my car and checked over 32 items in my car. I really appreciated that they did this in an efficient manner which allowed me to wait there. The total time was around 30-40 minutes, very appreciated. The cost was reasonable. I also feel that they know the automotive business and I can trust their judgement

This, only a routine maintenance - oil and filter change. But, I had a question regarding a warning sensor. It could have easily been a $500 repair/replacement. But Pontes walked me through the problem and the risk assessment. Bottom line - risk is very low and a possible problem can be easily tracked. It may only be a faulty sensor. It is great to have this kind of auto repair business that is only interested in real problems.
