Caring, friendly service, as always! Ponte has serviced and repaired my son's Subaru for over 10 years (it used to belong to his aunt!), and I have just started taking my BMW sports wagon to them as well - they did a great job with the requested maintenance, AND went above and beyond by diagnosing what was causing a timing/firing issue that the previous shop had failed to find in the past year. Terrific friendly service team. They provide painless vehicle service on my wifes 2013 Kia. Schedule routine maintenance appointment on line. Drop the vehicle off at the beginning of the day and pick it up at the end of the day. All work done as asked and multi-point safety check was performed. There is no question that I will return at the next service date.
