Great team of auto specialists. My 1989 Ford Crown Victoria would not start. AAA had to tow it to a service facility. Ponte's is my facility of choice. This repair has done nothing to change my choice. While it was in for service I asked for other work (Oil Change, Filter change and brake work). All done in an exceptional manner. Very happy with the service I get on my three vehicles.

Great service and good people to work with. Chris is a master at explaining what work is needed and why. They took my car on short notice and got it back on the road quickly.

Caring, friendly service, as always! Ponte has serviced and repaired my son's Subaru for over 10 years (it used to belong to his aunt!), and I have just started taking my BMW sports wagon to them as well - they did a great job with the requested maintenance, AND went above and beyond by diagnosing what was causing a timing/firing issue that the previous shop had failed to find in the past year. Once again I received the highest quality and professional Customer Service. I actually had to put both of my cars in the shop to winterize and have check out this week. Not only do they take care of your car, they care about your safety. If they find a problem they will work with you to get it fixed. Both cars are on the road and running great.
