I received a call during the day with the status of my car and what work I needed done. The explanation was thorough and my questions were answered so I completely understood the work. I’ve been going to Pontes for years and I am always satisfied. They take great care of my car and their customers.

Promptly got me in when my engine light appeared on my dash. Kept me updated on progress, and cost, and let me know immediately when my car was ready for pickup. Professional services, clean waiting area that doesn't smell, and always courteous and cognizant of any discounts available. They are my go-to services people for my car!!!
