Polite helpful service. Came in for a oil change and a tire rotation and after they checked it out they told me my tires didn't need to be rotated so there was no sense in me paying for that. Informed me of several things they said would need attention soon but felt they could wait. What I was looking for was honesty and I feel like that's what I found.

I received a call during the day with the status of my car and what work I needed done. The explanation was thorough and my questions were answered so I completely understood the work. I’ve been going to Pontes for years and I am always satisfied. They take great care of my car and their customers.

Promptly got me in when my engine light appeared on my dash. Kept me updated on progress, and cost, and let me know immediately when my car was ready for pickup.
