Had a hitch (which I supplied) installed to hold my bicycle rack, price was very reasonable.

Dropped my car off to troubleshoot an intermittent air conditioning problem. It took them hours to find it over the course of several days, but they did find it. The dealership never was able to find it even after two visits. Thank you for taking the time to find and identify the problem. Your efforts were above and beyond and much appreciated!

As always. I I can rely on knowing that my car was expertly taken care of. With a 10 year old car, that is important to me. I think I can now have it last another 10.

Consistently excellent service and courteous interactions. After many years, I've never had to return for the same service to be addressed again. They call PRIOR to performing any service without your approval and have the cost at the additional work available in the same call.

We had our car towed to Ponte's after a minor accident left us with a flat tire. It was after hours and I was contacted the following day, we weren't in a rush. Was very happy that were able to replace the tire at the lowest possible price they could and give us an exhaustive inspection. I now see some of the things I will need to fix going forward. Which was really worth the cost of fixing the tire itself. Clean and very professional will definitely take my cars to them again
