I retired 2 years ago and moved from New York to Delaware. I have a 2008 Cadallic Escalade. Had issues with my truck and took it to several different mechanics. Was told several different stories up to and including I needed a new engine. I knew that was not the case. I would often drive it 2 hours , to my mechanic in New York for repairs. My starter went bad and a neighbor told me about, and referred me to Ponte’s. Ponte’s was very professional. They replaced the starter and ran a complete diagnostic on my truck. Also a complete inspection. The gave me a complete typed report regarding the condition of my vehicle. I was amazed as to how honest they are compared to other places in Delaware or New York. The customer service is superior. I was totally satisfied with the repairs and the service, (10 Stars ⭐️).
